At Student Life, we make it a priority to notice the student who walks through the door, learn their name, celebrate when they show up, and recognize when they don't. Whether a student is outgoing and surrounded by friends or quietly sitting on the sidelines, we want them to know: We see you. You matter here.
Students have a lot to say—and they need people who are willing to truly listen. Student Life creates space for honest conversations about school, friendships, family, faith, struggles, questions, dreams, and everything in between. We don't expect students to have the right words or all the answers. We simply want them to know there are trusted adults who will listen without judgment and take what they have to say seriously. Your voice matters here.
A student's worth isn't determined by their grades, popularity, athletic ability, mistakes, background, or what other people think of them. We believe every student has God-given value and purpose. Through consistent relationships, encouragement, and simply showing up week after week, we want students to discover that truth for themselves.
